Arts and craftsmen open their shops in summer and winter.

Saint-Christophe en Oisans, La Bérarde, la Meije, la Dibona... starting from Venosc, the ascent of the valley is a mythical journey for beginners, in the very heart of the Ecrins massif. A stop off at the « Mémoires de l’alpinisme » museum, a hike to one of the many mountain refuges, a break at La Bérarde... Walking, cycling, driving... different ways to discover the magnificent Vénéon valley.
The 6 Oisans valleys
Bordered by famous passes (Ornon, Glandon, Croix de Fer, Lautaret and Galibier) the Oisans region has 6 valleys (Romanche, Eau d'Olle, Ferrand, Lignarde, Sarenne, Vénéon) full of history and heritage,, mountain activities, many routes, as well as the Oisans Route des Savoir-Faire to know more about local Oisans culture.
